Cancellation Policy

For private sessions: Cancellations must be made 48hrs before your scheduled time in order to receive credit towards another event, up to 1 year. We do not offer refunds back on any events. In case of weather, QB Velocity will give a 24hr notice and you can use your credited time toward your next lesson.
